Have I told you how much I love idiots? I do. They entertain me to no end.
Case #1: An Air Canada flight was diverted to Kelowna Airport after a male passenger stole beer from the beverage cart. Seems like this fellow helped himself as the cart went by and when confronted by the flight attendant, the male denied doing anything. The pilot landed and had the Mounties meet the plane and remove him. IDIOT ! A $6 beer will now cost you a lot more.. and a criminal record ! LOSER !

Last night I worked at the JET concert at the Edmonton Event Center. After the show, this girl and her boyfriend come up and shows me a "CREW PASS" card. She wanted to go backstage, which was denied because I knew she was not crew. She got the pass from a guy who was working the show, apparently telling her " Come backstage later".. which is not true because only a few can actually go backstage.
Now here comes the idiot: Her boyfriend starts telling me that I am just a contracted worker and I know nothing and it's up to the band... I explained ( again ) that crew passes do not entitle ANYONE to go backstage and even IF they were, only ONE person could go... not two.
As he babbled on and on, my supervisor arrived and told them the same thing.
Still don't get it ! ( no surprise ) Why start berating someone when things do not go their way.? Does that really make them feel better ? Do they think we will change our policies and say " OH.. I am sorry.. ok go ahead!"? The stupid thing is.. there is a reason why there is SECURITY to begin with.
Besides... I knew instantly she was not crew. Not many "CREW " staff have souvenirs in their hands and have that look in their eyes.
( by the way... a huge KUDOS goes to my neighbor. When I got home last night after the show, I found a container of her famous Turkey soup by my door. She makes this awesome soup and every year, she gives me a container of it .. really good too ).

IDIOT #2 : As sad as it is that someone died, but how many people have to realize that when they ride an ATV , a HELMUT is a GREAT IDEA !
Macho man died yesterday when his ATV flipped as he tried to climb a hill too steep. The ATV flipped over , throwing the driver off . He hit his head on a rock and died on scene.
IDIOT !
Guess it just is not cool to wear a helmut... but does save your life. Had he worn a helmut, he would be alive to tell about it.

Now the biggest idiot there ever has to be was a contestant on HELL'S KITCHEN Season 6.
Bear in mind the prize for this is Executive Chef at AROXI restaurant in Whistler BC ( average pay about $250 thousand ).
Here was a golden opportunity to not only shine in cooking skills but also personality.
This guy had none. He blew off the prize off the bat from the beginning.
In episode one he brought up his signature dish. When Chef Ramsay pointed out the Brussel sprouts were rock hard, he offered one to taste.. the guy asks for a fork ( he thinks using fingers is being " an animal, and I aint no animal " ).
When it came to elimination, Chef Ramsay asks the guy to name two people and why:
