OK. First off.. CONGRATS to the Pittsburgh penguins who beat the Detroit Red Wings in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals. This is the third time a visiting team won the coveted Cup in Game 7. ( Sorry to my sister who is pretty pissed ) But it was a great game.. Detroit had one shot left on net with the last 2 seconds to try to tie it.. but no luck! Pens win in what was another nail biter finish.
Tomorrow evening I will be at the Jeff Dunham show at Rexall Place. This is going to be an amazing show. Now, if you've been living under a freekin rock for the past year or two... www.jeffdunham.com . I was trying desperately to get back stage passes to meet Jeff but so far I have had no luck at all... which suuuuckkks! Anyway I will blog about the show either tomorrow night when I get back or on Monday.

Rick Thomas has returned to Las Vegas. Rick is one of my favorite magicians and his shows are always worth every dollar. Rick not only brings his magic alive on stage but he brings with him some of the most amazing animals .. the tigers! Rick own several and when you go to one of his shows, you can see these great majestic beasts pretty well up close. Rick has these animals so well trained that they almost pass for a domestic cat... they still are wild though. Rick was to go on a 50 city tour when he got the call that he will be a headlining act at The Sahara Hotel. Glad to Rick back on the Strip. At one point, Rick had the largest billboard in Vegas history.. even beating Danny Gans.
Ok. So Miss California got fired the other day for breach of contract and not fulfilling her commitments. She has now fired back at the pageant with this... I WAS SET UP !! OHHH GET A LIFE AND SHUT UP ! Anyone shedding crocodile tears for this woman? I am not! She is a " good Christian girl with morals".. really! Posing topless ( whoops..those photos were taken between shots and the wind was blowing ) and lying through her teeth constantly! yeah ok... and we're supposed to believe you , right!! SHUT UP AND GO AWAY ! And now she is claiming she was fired because of the comments she made about marriage and how it was only for a man and a woman etc etc. It was not that Carrie...it's the fact you lied about lots of things.. including posing topless.. hmmm! Oh yeah.. forgot about that huh ( how dare that photographer remind you of that! ). If you don't meet the obligations then you'll be fired.. just like any other real world job... so Carrie... SHUT UP!
Now for something that is just plain WRONG and DISGUSTING !
A woman left her young toddler /baby in her car while she went shopping in WALMART. People walking by noticed the child and called the Police. Although it was 20 degrees outside, inside a car it can feel up to 43 degrees. So while mommy dearest was nice and cool, her baby was sweltering in the car! TAKE THE KID AWAY AND THROW HER ASS IN JAIL !! Here's an idea.. leave your kid at home or better yet....TAKE HIM WITH YOU INSIDE !! Sheesh! What is wrong with you!! Pisses me off when people act all stupid and say something like " I was only gone a minute!"..or " what's the fuss?"... ohh SHUT UP! Do NOT get me going on this!
Ohhh great! Micheal Jackson is looking for a children's choir to perform with him during his London concert series. Umm.. shouldn't he stay AWAY from kiddies! He is being specific too... let's see they have to be " aged between five and 13, proficient in sign-language, and of African, Caucasian, Asian or mixed race origin." Hmmm sounds like a pedophile's wet dream here! I would not want my kid even going near a DVD of this freak!
So while I was at work last night, I suddenly had a strong smell of smoke.. not a brush fire smell either.. like a building was on fire ! After talking to the Duty Manager, I found out there was a huge fire in Leduc and wind was pushing the smoke towards the airport for much of the night.. even passengers were asking if the building was on fire.. now I am sure that if that was the case, the fire alarm would have gone off as well as the P.A message telling us to GET OUT !
