I am in a world of pain this morning. Started yesterday when I was practising some hand searching techniques. The more I bent my back , the more pain I had. It's actually been off and on for about a week now and yesterday was no better. Even sleeping was a bit of a task as I would roll over and a throbbing pain would shoot out.. so I thought it would be best to stay home and rest my back. I went to the Medicenter to have it looked at... got an X ray ( though I think the Xray Tech ... she snuck a peak underneath that flimsy robe I had to wear ), then just when I thought before I got blood work done ( yikes.. I hate needles ), I went to pee... and right after the blood test..she tells me to pee in the cup.. Damn!! I just went ! Anyway.. we wait for the results.. could be a number of things.. but the pain is unbelievable! Once I finish this blog, time to lay on the couch with a heat pad... that should help out!
Now back to our usual rant. Ok. Miss California gets to keep her title after some topless photos of her appeared. She claimed those photos were taken "unAUTHORIZED" as she was between poses.. plus it was windy so her shirt opened up... SHUT UP !!! I love her statement to the press which I will break down in brackets.
" I find it appauling that a PROFESSIONAL photographer would violate my trust ( a reputable photographer simply takes photos and would not coerce someone to "open the shirt" ) by releasing photos of me ( did you sign a contract.. it should say to what extent the rights are to both parties )that were unauthorized ( all photos taken are authorized...no such thing as unauthorized unless it was done while you were changing clothes or in a private room ) and between poses taken on a windy day ..and my nips were exposed ! If you look carefully, you will see that I am not looking in the camera " : ( ohhh yes..see?? ) 
Ok.. so it makes it pretty clear that she is lying through her teeth..or shirt in this case!!
Now this is "the best' person to represent Miss California... a liar!! She lied continually on every little thing she has been confronted with!
She should be terminated for her actions and her statements.
What I love was what Donald Trump stated " After a carful review of the photos ( I am sure you did, Donald ), we determined they were tasteful and were beautifully shot!"..ok..so Donald thinks they were tasteful..( they are ) and yet she says she was cheated... two completely different stories...
So... Should she be de-throned? Would the reason be because she lies like a cheap rug? Or for the photos?
Either way...she should be gone ! Not to say I oppose to the photos. What I do oppose is that she is blaming a photographer and the weather... and judging by how windy it was.. I'd say her hair looks pretty amazing..and she does not have a shocked look on her face.
Now... go back 2 decades. Miss America was dethroned for having topless photos taken of her..and she was stripped of the title. And she did not come out and say " What a sleazy photographer for taking those photos"... she just downright said..." Whoops".
