See the title of today's blog. How do you read it? Does it say I LOVE TOFU? or does it say I LOVE TO %^* YOU? That is the question in Colorado this week as a driver's vanity plate was rejected by the D.M.V.
The driver insists it means the former.. I LOVE TOFU. Apparently the family are vegetarians ( yuck ) and mean no harm in the license plate. However the D.M.V claim they can not print any thing that is gang related, street terminology or anything with the letter F U . So the driver is now fighting with the D.M.V on it.
A man was arrested on a International DELTA Airlines flight after twisting a flight attendant's arm when he was refused to go to the bathroom. Allegedly the passenger got out of his seat during cart service for a bathroom " emergency" and asked to get by. When he asked if he can use the business class one, she stated no and that FAA laws states passengers may only use the bathroom in the section they are seated in. The passenger then grabbed the F.A arm and twisted it. He was arrested upon arrival and spent two nights in jail.
So... any idea on who is the oldest person in the world right now? Gertrude Baines of Los Angeles celebrated her ...get this... 115th birthday! She outlived her entire family by decades. To put in perspective... Grover Cleveland was President and the US Flag only had 44 stars on it. She has never smoked, drank or fooled around ! Gertrude took care of herself up until only 10 years ago.. and then moved into a facility. Her only complaint so far? The bacon at breakfast is not crispy enough! She recieved on her birthday a card from President Obama and a visit from the GOVERNATOR !

Britney Spears now holds the record at REXALL Place for the most trucks and technicians for her show here on Monday. A staggering 31 trucks ! And over 100 local technicians to put on a " circus" . So what's in all those trucks? Most bands tour with just about everything they need to put on a show! Stage, lights, sound, band equipment, microphones, cables - hundreds of miles worth- , sound board mixer and light controls, trusses, and other equipment that may be needed. In most if not all venues they play at, they have to off load all that equipment and set it up. They transport tons of equipment. Then you have the tour buses as well . The band has one or two, the roadies have one, managers and production and security staff have another.

I should have my book any day now. It was mailed out to me last week ( March 31) so I expect it soon.. I can not wait to see it and hopefully have a few people interested in buying one. I am soo excited to see it.
I am also still waiting for the ABC 20/20 special on Seigfried and Roy DVD that I ordered over a month ago. Apparently the last time I checked the order it was still being processed and I have no idea if and when I will get it. I see they did take my money though... figures! So I have to wait. When I talked to ABC STORES they told me they were still waiting for the MASTER copy and once they have that, they will fill the orders in.. what a joke !
