Ok. What is with these people showing up 20 minutes before departure and thinking they can still make the flight? THOSE DAYS ARE GONE, PEOPLE ! ! WAKE UP !
My favorite had to be the guy who showed up 5 minutes after the counter closes, tells me his life story ( as if this might help him get on the plane ) and how he has problems. ..Ok. I listen for a bit ( without the pay of being Dr.Phil ,of course ) thinking how am I going to get rid of this guy? He begs me to go talk to an agent... he REALLY needs to get on this flight!! Of course, already knowing the answer is going to be no, I go to the back. And the answer is.....NO !
Dramatic moment : He drops the bags on the floor, collapses beside it and proceeds to tell me I am a heartless bastard and I do not understand and yadda yadda yadda. Did I not just stand here listening to him sniffling? Did I not go to the back and ask if they will check him in? . So how did this make me a heartless bastard???
I love how some people think if they show up and become dramatic enough ( not quite enough to win an Academy Award but it sure is close ) the airline will see how stressed they are and allow them a boarding pass!! You're too late. You're too late. It is that simple !
Ohh. For all of you who were fans of the show LAS VEGAS. Season 5 was cancelled near the end of the season with a cliff-hanger episode. With only 2 episodes left before the season finale, NBC canned the show. Well for those of you who have the DVDs.. Season 5 will be released sometime in July... with an update to how things end..( I was told somewhat how it ends so I won't spoil it for others ) so all is not lost !
I was a fan of the show and it was a bummer not knowing what happened. I wonder why NBC would take a No. 1 show and cancell it. Cost cutting? If it's your number 1 show, would it not be best to keep it going and cancel a few terrible ones... oh well I dont make the decisions !
WHEN IS IT GOING TO WARM UP?? What is with this cold weather? Is not Spring time? Ohh wait.. GLOBAL WARMING !!! No... silly ! That's not it. I hope it warms up soon.. I can't stand the cold weather anymore.
I wonder why people bother buying bottled water. I never understood it. Why pay for water when it all comes from the same source. AQUAFINA and the likes all use regular water ( like we do from the taps ) and purify ( ?? ) it through a filtration system. So basically the same as at home in the taps only slightly cleaner. Ohh wait. You can taste the difference? I beg to differ. A recent science experiment showed most people could NOT tell the difference !

Ok. Here are another group of Morons I can do without. These lovely members of society who are now against anyone with yellow ribbons supporting the troops. Apparently they claim that if you have one of those yellow decals.. you are supporting the Afghanistan War. No . It means we support the troops and want them to be safe.
When will these morons realize that because we support the troops does not mean we support the war? Why do they always have to distort everything ! I ,personally, support the troops and the war and I honestly believe that if we were not there, things would be worst than they are right now !
I wish people would either learn to drive properly or park their cars properly. See those white lines ..park BETWEEN the lines. Not on them ..or over them ! BETWEEN THE LINES !!! Folks are good at READING between the lines..but they can not park between them. So many times I arrive in the parking lot only to see some selfish moron has parked his car sideways taking up 2 stalls because he does not want it scratched ! Ohh shut up! Eventually you will get a ding or two but in the mean time.. do not be selfish!
No one claims responsibily anymore. I love this . A lady in Niagra Ontario is suing the Gaming Commission and two casinos for ... $10 million because.. they turned her into a hardcore gambler. Ohhh SHUT UP ! I have been to many casinos and never..not once.. has someone from there put a gun to my head and forced me to play and play and play until I was broke. You dumb moron!! Ever heard of free-will. You know! Free choice! Claim responsibity will ya!

Doesn't anyone else but me think this whole thing with Silly Hall trying to ban knives just a complete waste of time. The topic was raised again after a shooting a few days ago ( I have no idea what the relation is between a gun and a knife ...you figure it out and let me know ). Apparently Silly Hall is trying to change FEDERAL CRIMINAL CODE by banning " dangerous looking" knives. Hmm. Dangerous looking? A butcher knife I suppose can be dangerous looking. How about a Swiss Army knife.. I know.. I know. Not threatening enough. Ok. What about the person holding it? What if they looked dangerous enough.
How can someone think they can ban knives. A city wide ban on knives. Hmm that should make dining out or BBQing a whole lot more interesting.
Banning knives. MORONS ! That would be like banning toy guns and keeping the real ones!! Kinda redundant!
