Happy 82nd Birthday to my dad today ! Still in good health and spirit. Happy Birthday , Dad !

Ok... so the other day I blogged about the Mayor thinking banning knives was a good idea..well here comes more from the Mayor. Apparently he has now retracted the banning knives proposal because he realized it would be impossible to enforce. So , now he came up with another brilliant ( sarcasm ) idea that is exactly what this city needs: $100 Million bike path !

ARE YOU NUTS??? A bike path? $100 million. The city, country and world are in huge recessions, and here our Mayor is thinking of spending an enormous amount of money.. on  a bike path!! Never mind Police, or Medical Services or a new , desperately needed Arena... Nope! We don't need clean roads to drive on either.. what we need is a BIKE PATH ! I betcha all those tree huggin', eco friendly, save the planet, environmentalists are elated at the news..!! And they should be..for those 2 maybe 3 months of the year..the rest its covered in snow!

Anyway.. March is here finally! Which means SPRING is around the corner... wahoo! I am sooo sick of winter and the cold , the sore throat, the cough... yuck!

So many people I know are either sick, or not feeling well and have the same symptoms I do.. it sucks! I am tired, I am sore.. I have energy but not a lot!
