Another one falls victim to the oldest scam !

Looks like another idiot fell into the " MILLION DOLLAR " scam via email. Let's start this at the beginning :

In 2007, John Rempel opened an email and thought he was set for life. You see, young Mr Rempel thought he inherited $12.8 million dollars from a distant relative in England. The "lawyer" claimed that in order to get the money however a small fee of $2,500 had to be paid.

How convincing was it? I mean here was a lawyer in England claiming to be in possession of millions of dollars for Mr Rempel. Even though it was a world away, the two had one thing in common...they shared a faith in God.

"He always said, 'God bless you,'" Rempel said ( I would too if someone was going to  GIVE me $10,000 ).

Mr Rempel bilked thousands of dollars from his family for fees and travel expenses.  Somehow EVEN THEY were convinced it was the REAL DEAL. So Mr Rempel went on and traveled to England and "met" the representatives ( in the back of a motel of all places ) and was told to hand over more cash but the money is on the way..

A few weeks later, Mr Rempel was told to fly to JFK airport where he will meet with someone who will hand him the documents and release forms for the millions.

Mr Rempel did so. He flew to JFK where he waited for the representatives to arrive. Of course, they never did.

This scam has been around for ...how many years.. and people still fall victim to it..and then have the nerve to cry about it on NATIONAL TV !

MORON !!

I do not feel sorry for you one bit. Nothing.. wait let me check my emotions...NOPE ! NOTHING !

How dumb is the family that lent him this money to pursue this? No one realized it was all a scam?  YIKES !

These little scams ( well they are not so little ) will continue as long as there are people like Mr Rempel and the sorts.

DATELINE NBC did an entire episode on this about a year ago with Rick Hansen. Right up to the top. Flew to England  and the whole meetings with these "representatives". It's all a hoax..a scam! DONT YOU GET IT !

$12.8 million dollars is yours because a distant relative left it all for you.. you believe it?

I am "Princess YUBEIDIOT.. I have $50 million for you. You believe it?

You are the lucky winner of the EURO-IRISH sweepstakes. Out of thousands of enteries, yours was the selected ticket. Congratulations .. $100Million EUROS ! Did YOU EVEN ENTER A CONTEST like this? If not...why are you BELIEVING you won if you never entered????

PEOPLE !! PEOPLE !! WAKE UP !
